Leadership in Action!

Purpose of the Session:

To ensure we have an effective leadership team to support and drive a successful stand-alone company in AP. This program is the core leadership development course for Senior Leaders of New ENG AP.

Objectives:
  • Engender an overall understanding of leadership and leadership styles including transformational leaders and situational leadership
  • Develop the strategic direction of the organization and the executive team as a whole, incorporating an organizational plan and implementation techniques together with a personal plan to meet these objectives
  • Incorporate such issues as strategic visions, mobilizing and energizing the organization, managing change and building personal capabilities
  • Develop an understanding for cross cultural / border and globalization aspects of leading the organization

Dr. Black is the Executive Director of the Asia Pacific Human Resource Partnership and Professor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan School of Business.
